3x a week just weights

Does going to work for 8 hours and lifting/picking 5-50 lb. boxes count?
-
Power lift - just don't compete. Bench 325 lbs, Squat 585 lbs, Deadlift 550 lbs. These were my maxes but I just had a kid so subtract about 50lbs due not being about to hit the gym as often. Started doing a lot more cardio too trying to lean out some.

6 days a week I'm in the gym for a minimum of an hour each session. My lifting schedule goes: Sun. - Arms Mon. - Chest Tue. - Back Wed. - Arms Thu. - Chest Fri. - Legs Sat. - Off Day I need to mix in more cardio though. I used to do cardio only all the time, but then my friends got me into lifting. I liked the results I saw from bodybuilding, so I stick with that these days.

All the time If I don't go to the gym then I do Insanity at home
-
4-5 times a week! Straight cardio for an hour then I do weight training! I wrestle on and off. Trying to get back to the good ol' days
-
2 hours every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. 30 minutes cardio, 10 minutes abs and stretching, 1 hour resistance lifting, 20 minutes free weight
-

I lift big weights, your mother included.

I often run during patrols instead or riding sparrow. A fit Titan is a happy Titan.

Edited by Edge: 3/8/2015 4:29:02 PM6 days a week. Mix between powerlifting and HIIT. Frank Zane is the inspiration. Never do cardio but I can run 5ks in 22 minutes, give or take a minute or two pending conditions

No because I've snapped my knee tendon. But then again I didn't beforehand!
-
Once or twice a day 45 min switch between cardio calisthenics and weights. Rest day after leg day is raid day lol.

Not since hockey ended.

Yeah I got to the gym 3-5 times a week, mostly lifting but I run every time I go as well...usually 1.5-2 hours each session.

I have high school cross country in summer and fall Rec basketball in winter and travel soccer (US) in the spring. So I am always working out for something
-
I work out 5-6 days a week. Not much cardio though once I got over 200 pounds my foot deformity and shitty arches can't handle impact lol even with orthotics so I only bike once in a while.
-
I try to stay proper fit. I lift and play football (UK) a lot so yeah.
-
I play football so we work out after school everyday
-
I work my thumbs out
-
mainly lifting with very little sprints and sometimes stair climbers for cardio. Don't really like Cardio, kills your gains. Haha
