Just wondering.
If so, how often? Do you do weightlifting or running/cardio?? Would love too see the community answer! :)

I travel for work so hotel facilities are mostly cardio. I do body weight exercises too.

weightlifting monday through friday but i take wednesdays off and then cardio on saturday currently weigh about 200 lbs and im at about 10% body fat slowly trimming down for the summer!

I've actually been blessed with a really good metabolism, all I need to do to stay fit is eat properly

Every now and again. Maybe 1 time a week. Even then i just curl a 25lb dumbbell, and do military shoulder presses, sometimes push ups. (1 set lol) I used to work out every day except like wednesday, saturday, and sunday, a couple months ago, when i was in school still. I just dont want to lose my figure before college lool

Well started to exercise, I run 4 miles a day ( 2 in the morning 2 in the evening). I hope to increase that every week. Tho I really miss doing zumba and yoga.

No, never. I used to run competitively when I was a kid (8-20). I ran my first marathon at 15. When I was 20 I had 2 knee surgeries to repair all the damage I had done over the years. I never went back. I'm still reasonably fit because I eat well, but I don't think I ever will again.

I bench roughly 10,000 pounds, but that's on a bad day, on a good day I can go to about 15,000

yea weights and Brazilian jiu jitsu purple belt.

I do lots of reps or small weights.. ......mainly cakes into my mouth.

Workout at the gym a couple times a week. Trail run and mountain bike most days of the week in the summers.

Hit the gym 5-6 days a week depends on What my Saturday's look like. Mainly strength training and stair master for a little cardio. Weight 205 Height 5 10.5 Body fat 5%

Yeah I do both strength training and cardio 5 days a week. Main focus is on getting arms a bit bigger and keeping my abs. Keeping to the diet is torture but I'm managing. ;)

I used to, every other day. I'm a hardgainer, but definitely put on some mass (went from 141 to 170). After a crazy week of homework and projects, I stopped and haven't been back in a while. I can't get back my motivation, sucks man.

I go straight to the gym from work 5 days a week. 45-60 minutes of cardio every day and weightlifting every other day. Dinner after that, and if my fiancée is at work that night, Destiny. Pretty much the daily routine.
