Bungie never once said that they would not allow Xûr to sell it again. However, if you did a little research, you would know that an "[i]alleged[/i]" Bungie employee said exactly that on 4chan. That's hardly credible... Though, through what's-his-name getting info on what Xur is selling, it won't be sold for a while. Not even he knows when because he can only look so far ahead.
