I don't see why people care. If someone is tearing up a boss with it and you see it, they are on your team helping! So why nerf?
Playing in PvP? Two Damn shots? Deal with it. Hide when it's inbound.
I honestly don't see why people care. I think there are other weapons PvP that are rage Inducing and come around more than twice a match.
