1 ReplyHonestly one of the stupidest posts I've seen. You want to have Xur sell it so everyone has an equal chance of getting it? Everyone already has an equal chance to get it through RNG. The gun itself has a predetermined drop rate that is the same for everyone. It's not like some people have a higher chance than others. And you even admit that for Xur to sell it Bungie would have to nerf it. How does that make you happy? You want to "experience" it so badly that you'd take a watered down version? I'm pretty sure that most people who don't have it wouldn't want to get a watered down version and would rather finally get it someday but get to enjoy it in all its glory. Not to mention that the exclusivity of the gun makes it special once you really do get it. What's the fun in getting a gun that is passed out to everyone?

As someone with roughly 1200 hours between my accounts and characters I just received gjallahorn last night and it is worth every bit of grinding I know your salty cause you don't have it and I understand, but don't ruin it for those of us who were lucky enough to get it. Its not RNG and Xur won't be selling it? How the hell have people got it then and where is this confirmation from an official Bungie source like Deej? Not someone claiming to have worked for Bungie or whatever.

I have one for each of my characters and all of then came from RNG. So your complaint is invaild.

I just wished that Bungie would give me an opportunity at least to try fully leveled G-horn - to get the taste of what am I missing. I would like to do it before either game dies out or I quit. As with many exotics in the game - sometimes anticipation of acquiring a particular gun followed by disappointment of mediocre performance or average perks. This particular launcher seems to be highly praised by majority of players. Maybe I should have just petitioned Bungie for a shooting range somewhere on a Planet X - where you can buy for glimmer some test time.

Err no... When bungie talks about Ghorn they are proud of its power and the rarity/desire everyone has for it. Its meant to be like that bc its so rare and its meant to be rare bc of it. If its not so good nobody will want it dumb -blam!-. Its meant to be hard to get and it IS dropped from rng.

Secondly, it's not bungie ' s job to fix everyone' shitty luck... there are people who have played twice as long as you and not gotten it... Thirdly... how can you say it's not fair? It would not be fair if bungie actively did not let you get it.. as it is now everyone gets the same opportunities and chances to get it... that's pretty much the definition of fair. Fourthly... they nerfed auto rifles because they read the data and it showed they were pretty much the only gun being used... they decided to even things out and make all weapon choices as valid as the ar.
