Xur never wins....
All you elitists,and scrubs that act like you "earn" the exotic that Xur is selling are just plain stupid. You dont earn anything in this game. Its all RNG. 6 RepliesHe's only sold both the Spine and Saint 14 like once before. That Warlock helm as well, which is excellent for pvp, only made inferior to Obsidian Mind. He has heavy synth again, and a chest engram, if you need exotic shards. He's a solid 7.5 this week in my book.
