I have a possible explanation for the kills ranks on class cards issue. I've seen popups saying "Titans Killed In The Crucible Rank 1" or something other, and while checking my Grimoire, have seen that a different rank was reached than the one that popped up. This has happened a couple of times, so I think it's worth looking into.
