This is for bug reports. Not feedback or feature suggestions. ETAs on fixes or statuses on cards are not given out.
If you have something to share, please keep your post as detailed and coherent as possible, otherwise I may not be able to utilize the information you're trying to convey. Below are the cards that I am already aware of being broken.[b] I don't need to hear more about the cards listed under "known issues."

[u]Known Issues[/u] ヽ( ゜ヮ゜)ノ.・゜*。・+☆
-The [b]Chroma[/b] card does not unlock if you didn't get the free Sterling Treasure. This is being investigated.
-Kill ranks on class cards are not granting the proper points..
-Wins for special PvP events (Trials and Iron Banner) may not count towards their respective PvP gametype cards.
-The Doubles card isn't showing the ranked stats that people are seeing ingame.
[b]Notes:[/b]
-For[b] Doubles and Salvage[/b], as soon as you have an opportunity to play any of these playlists after the 2.0.0 patch, you should be able to earn the cards. The flags are not retroactively granted, but your stats from previous playtime in those playlists should still be there.
-Exotic weapon cards do not add points to your Grimoire score. This is on purpose.
-Siege Dancers seem to be tricky for people to get. This card unlocks at the end of the Dust Palace strike.
-Strike Introduction is not counting strikes entered from somewhere besides the planet map node.
-Raids Introduction are only counting VoG completions. [u]As of 1.1.1 the card will start counting Crota completions, but not retroactively.[/u] Completions after the 1.1.1 patch was applied will count.
-You can get a card from an exotic weapon without ever obtaining the weapon, such as through promotional cards.

Dear bungie I invested a lot of money and time into destiny. And I love the game. I have been trying to flawless for along time and finally got it 3 months ago but never received "the lighthouse" grimoire card! Witch was the only reason I tried in the first place. I contacted a mod on the forum 3 months ago same night as I went flawless but got no response. I want and deserve that grimoire card! Im going for max grimoire and think it's rubbish that you guys won't even give a response to why this happened. It's makes me sad to be honest. I invest so much time, effort and money in to this game... and I also made a video showing the problem. Please bungie I don't care about any of the trials of osiris loot, I just want the grimoire card... if you would just listen for the sake of a diehard destiny fan. Please fix this problem.

12 RepliesI'm using the destiny mobile app. I have previously completed the majority of challenges. Example (100/100 crucible wins) I have received the grimoire points for completing these challenges. The problem: The app isn't displaying the challenges as being completed.

5 RepliesMy grimoire isn't updating correctly I have completed all my hunter warlock and titan crucible objectives and I didn't get the grimoire for them I have all kills on earth moon Venus and Mars and didn't get those either I also have all control matches won and elemination im missing a bunch of grimoire and that is the only reason to even play this game anymore it's just the same repetitive crap over and over

I activated my decryption codes yesterday and didn't finish the three parts and was told I had to restart with the command beacon but now I have been farming them for the last 2 hours and still not gotten one pls help

7 RepliesEdited by Heady: 12/10/2015 6:07:37 PMThe Ascendant Sword grimoire card is bugged for me, I had never ran Crota's End in year 1 but I have now ran it on normal and hard mode in year 2, have used the sword to kill a sword bearer on the bridge part of the raid and have also been the sword bearer for the final boss fight and successfully killed Crota. I can only assume that after doing all of this that the card is bugged at the moment, can someone please fix this? Thanks!

Edited by IronK93: 2/9/2016 11:07:41 PMThis is one bug report or request for an addition to the notes, as appropriate, a reminder regarding a previously reported bug not yet appearing in the known issues section, and a reminder regarding the removal of the Doubles card (for unmodified versions of the playlist, see first bullet) from the known issues section due to resolution of the issue. • As I do not see it in the notes or known issues of the OP, I would like to report that Mayhem and Inferno modified PvP playlists do not accrue wins to their respective underlying PvP playlists. I know Iron Banner and Trials of Osiris are already mentioned as having this issue, but the more frequently occurring modified game modes are not. I have not specifically tested Combined Arms (CA) modified Control and Clash matches recently enough to notice if the issue is present in those cases. Luckily, Crimson Doubles wins count as Doubles wins. • Enemies>Vex>Ghost Fragment: Vex 5 still needs to be hidden from Xbox Live accounts and the maximum score thresholds readjusted. This is a ghost that appears in the final room of the PlayStation Network (PSN) exclusive strike, Echo Chamber, and cannot be obtained by way of jumping in the normally accessible areas of the Xbox Live (XBL) Destiny world environment. A manner of jumping into areas in the XBL Destiny world environment, which are clearly unintentionally residual from the PSN Destiny world environment, is known to exist as a method of getting this ghost. An XBL Destiny world environment barrier to the area should be erected in a manner with a time lock on its removal in Fall 2016, but that's a topic for another discussion. • The Doubles card is ostensibly fixed and appears to be ready for removal from the known issues. The also present note about Doubles appears to cover the remaining questions about the unmodified Doubles mode that users may have. The note may need tweaking to specify it applies only to wins accrued at and beyond 2.0.0 in unmodified versions of the Doubles playlist.

Additionally, I've noticed the Damage Type Solar grimoire card has never unlocked as well. I've checked using both Bungie.net and the Android app. Thanks!

Grinding 100 wins in a playlist that comes up once in a blue moon and is full of competitive or completionist players is fun for no one. If wins in crimson doubles add to the doubles grimoire many of us will at least make some significant progress to a card that was only recently added to the game.

Rise of Crota, ran the quest on two characters. Once at TTK drop (I was vanilla prior) and again after the 2.1 patch which enabled all my other issues to be fixed.
