This community needs to wake the F up to the cornucopia of disappointment and lies that is Destiny so that we can pressure the devs to take it in a direction we all would like it to go; Infighting over their PR lies get's us nowhere. Enough of them catering to PvP stats for their Actiqueef overlords.

6 RepliesWait so the lottery is not random? Cuz every once in a while someone predicts that correctly too! Of the hundreds of predictions people have made since Xur started arriving FINALLY one person got it "almost" right. Now this proves to all you Bungie bashers that they must be lying. What about all the times he and othets got it wrong? He said himself "I have already seen Xur arrive with different items than my data has predicted" and he uses that as proof that Bungie changed the Xur inventory manually. MAYBE it just means his method of prdeicting the inventory is wrong. He also stated that he wont publish any future predictions for fear that Bungie will change their methods. He just doesnt want it to be proven that his ability to predict Xur is BS and a lie.

You put all that efort in to discrediting and puting together a super skeem, man who gives a shit a just want to shoot aliens in the face and get a new gun. -blam!- off, id you dislike the game so much juat stop playing. The gaming industry has done way worst. Look at the other games that came out. Evolve ppfffff, Dying Light done in a week, GTA V yey the same that came out for ps3 now with first person. Am I a fanboy? probably but i knew what i was geting in to with the game amd got my moneys worth.

22 RepliesI have been saying for a very long time Xur has always been controllable. He's code not voodoo. What is truly upsetting is the lies upon lies that Bungie has been feeding us. This just being yet another. Another example of a Bungie lie was "fixing a glitch where atheon teleported the furthest people away". Proximity =/= rng, that's a complete change in methods. Bungie's biggest problem with Destiny has all come down to lying. Cinematic experience - lie, play how you want - lie, massive open world - lie. The list grows with each passing statement. If they would stop lying, come clean sure there will be some scolding but ultimately the fans would support them rather than bury them.

I love Destiny but im not a fan boy...the only thing random in Destiny it's the RNG system. Bugs and glitches still in there...it will get fixed? Not soon. Why? To slow down players progression, like pay walls, lots os currencies, grinding...etc. Destiny was designed like that....why the weapons nerf with heroic MM? Tell you why...last night 3 levels 31s carrying maxed icebreakers, truth + AR's had our asses handed to us , but we pulled it off ...icebreakes need 2 or 3 shots to drop Fallen Shanks!!!Shanks! They intended this to happen? Yes!!! That's one of the reasons i believe why BUNGIE allowed MM in weekly...it wasn't a random act of goodness from BUNGIE, they knew weapons would suck and would be much harder to fight enemies and not forgetting the inferno pvp mode. Really inferno mode with no radar soon after new nerf patch? Random? Imagine getting blasted by a hand canons from the other end of the map? Lots of water damage by pvp baby tears! So yeah nothing in Destiny is random...[spoiler]Xur and Master Rahool are up to something, i tell you!!![/spoiler]

N as devs said don't expect him to sell gjallahorn as they know it's op in crucible. So every1 needs to just stfu about xur. It's getting old n boring

A lot of people are saying oh well he's still random they just randomize it for a month or two in advance. Well if you're sitting there and pushing the "randomize button" over and over until you get it the way you want it, or certain items are weighted differently (aka NLB is a 33% chance, but hard light is a 5%), you are controlling it. If you have a back up Xur (read the megaman post link above) in case you decide you want the items to be different, well now you have two Xurs to pick from, once again, controlling the inventory. So it's not "randomized" as Bungie generalizes. Anybody who still goes "oh mer gerd, zer is rng!" Is as stupid and gullible as that kid that got his characters deleted.

I don't seem to care. I still enjoy my runs. I only need one exotic anyways.. Guess which one lol. I don't rely on Xûr to sell what I need.

Yeah I really don't care either way, there's nothing left I need and I don't see the fun in just buying every weapon you need, don't get me wrong I've purchased plenty from him but I view him as an extra source of exotics not the main way to achieve them

2 RepliesI figured that since that one time they changed the inventory part way through the weekend and the fact that every time the omleta strike pops up, which is literally every 2 strike, his inventory is completely dlc exotics. Now, that may make sense to do that, but its certainly not random, and certainly irritating after the fourth time.
