Sure why not. Everyone should have the right to enjoy video games, although i might change your suggestion to actually allowing some people to have specialized controllers. That way they can enjoy all games, not just the select few that add specific features. I have seen keyboards and mice that are specifically made for those that have physical disfigurement in their hands, so why not try and make controllers like that as well.
