I have recently found the way to get great items without even trying... Literally the trick is not to try at all! I have recently got bored with destiny only logging in to do some nightfalls or weeklies once in a while. Today I just decided to help some friends do a normal Crota run from the start. Now I wasn't hoping for some of the guns I don't have i was just like alright I'll help whatever. So we play through pretty fast and then we get to death singer. The whole time I wasn't trying my obsolete hardest, just playing carelessly. So I die at the death singer XD so my friends finish that and boom they are all mad cuz I got a gjallarhorn, so we continue. We kill Crota in 2 swords and boom a truth! so now they r pretty annoyed. Soared that we do a hard VoG run from start. We finish of Templar and boom fate bringer XD. So there Ya go! The secret to getting good stuff is don't care what u get, play carelessly, and then it all gets handed to u, cuz destiny loves to reward players in the bottom of the scoreboard lol.
