Missing characters
I just downloaded the app to my cell and my characters aren't showing up, it says I haven't created any but I linked it to my Microsoft account. Anything I could have missed???

Might have to go on the website on the computer and sign in through your Xbox account and have to maybe edit profile or something. Not too sure but on your profile it has your user name then a bunch of numbers where your Xbox user name is supposed to be. Hope this helped and good luck
