Bored? Want A Challenge?

For any of you 30+ players out there. Along with the new Weekly Heroic matchmaking came an opportunity. Regardless of Grimoire, weapons, completions, and stored armour; the armour you equip is what counts. Equip some gear that drops your light level down to 27/28 and start the Weekly Heroic on Hard Lv30. Allow matchmaking to pair you with 27s/28s and then switch back to your normal gear. Now you can begin. I challenge you to carry them all the way through to the rewards screen. I don't care how many deaths, wipes, or how long it takes. All you have to do is hit that 30s countdown timer at the end. I want you to be responsible for them getting their coveted Xur equipment for the week. Check out my most recent games on my Warlock. Good Luck, Guardians. Edit: Quite a few positive responses! I'm surprised. If possible I'd like to see people finding noobs to adopt in this thread for Nightfalls etc. Thanks for the positive community guys.

  • I have been thinking of doing something similar with the Vault of Glass. A long time ago, 29s competed it on hard, not many people do nowadays. You just breeze through as a 32, with a Vex as your reward, if you are fortunate enough. BUNGIE really dropped the ball here. To maintain the prestige of the Vault of Glass, they should have limited the level to 30, and only allowed guardians to use Vault raid armour, or armour that was light level 29 or below. If they had, there certainly wouldn't be every jack the lad running around with a Vex.
