Yes, you have to go back and get them again. Right before Christmas they fixed the bug preventing us from getting the grimoire cards. So even though I completed each of those portions right after the dark below was released, I had to go back and do them again to get the cards. It gave me something to do! :-)

Thank you it worked! What didn't seem to work is the Ogre? Went to the Shrine as per your video and did it 42 times to hit 250 and it hasn't worked? My save did have my save with the heroic modifier on? Maybe it has to be on 'normal' level 8? Your thoughts?

Yellow barred Hydras and Ogres don't count towards your Grimoire, only red barred enemies. Put it on the easiest level, and watch your kills go up! I apologize for not specifying, and I'm editing the post to reflect this information.
