Exotics in this game are so-called not because of the rarity, exclusivity, or value, they have one extra perk, look unique, and can only equip one weapon or armor.... that's it nothing more nothing less. I fully realize the term exotic in the real world denotes something rare exclusive and extremely valuable, but the sooner everyone accepts the game for what it is and moves on from that mindset the better. (Same could be argued about the lack of story, earners v xurners, nerf buff and on and on). The game is what it is... We all do try and make suggestions for not to be better here usually, but I also have to ask how it is you don't have a tracking rocket launcher? There are even blue (rare) ones that have tracking which will get you thru Crota normal, (or you could just aim for his feet and hope for the best) to acquire hunger of Crota launcher til you ever end up with the ghorn or truth, both of which are great regardless what the ghorn purists would lead you to believe, and believe me, keep playing you will eventually have every exotic.
