Khvostov 7G-02 (Open House question)
[u]My question is simple as this[/u]: Will Khvostov [b]ever[/b] get an upgrade? Or has it been considered at all?
You gotta admit, it's pretty good in Crucible, but the broken glass is annoying.
EDIT: Not a base stat upgrade, something like Eidolon Ally.

I want bungie to make a Khvostov V.2.0 like a legendary or something. I'm just saying because it's already like the best weapon in crucible, but no one uses it because it has been forgotten over the months of destiny being played after dismantling it so you can get the better weapons from vangaurd, crucible, and/or factions. I want bungie to bring back the Khvostov, but better. And if they do, they have to have the broken glass. It's not a Khvostov without it.

2 RepliesYO! Guys I have an idea. They should make an exotic bounty that will require you to do hard missions only using kvostov. When you finish you should get 100 kills in crucible, deaths set you back 1. Kills get 1. When you finish, you receive "an old friend", which is the kvostov exotic form.

3 RepliesWon't happen. I'm willing to bet the majority of the player base scrapped it. I kept one copy out of three guardians, just cause. Same with the Stranger's Rifle. As fun as it would be to upgrade them, it won't happen. Bungie knows there'd be massive bitching of "no fair! I don't have mine anymore."

I'd love it if it could be made powerful for PVE. Stranger's Rifle too. It'd be cool to have them useable in Nightfall and raids etc.

I say exotic simply because I would like it to be upgradable through the years and not become useless next expansion. Stranger's rifle is also a pretty unique functioning weapon that would be nice to see an upgrade path for.

It's a starter gun it would be cool to have an upgrade tree on it. but after you upgrade it are you really going to use it any more than you already do?

I think it should. Although DONT think it should be an exotic. Upgrading it to legendary would be good enough.

I don't want to level up, bro, I want to evolve. This weapon does very well in PvP, just the limit on perks holds it back... I think it's entirely fitting to make this weapon evolvable to an awesome exotic.

1 ReplyIt's as good as it is specifically for new players so they don't get torn to shreds by everyone with a suros or vex. Players who have been playing for longer have access to other better weapons.
