Scout rifles are by far my favorite weapon class.
I have a NITC with "who's next", explosive rounds, armor piercing, skip rounds and "fire-fly".
My go to is the MIDA Multi-tool. It my favorite exotic hands down. I utilize more so than the Gjallarhorn and Icebreaker combined.
