I don't think so. I think explosive rounds damage is just a small part of the overall damage that gets subtracted and turned into splash/explosive damage. I hope I explained that in a way that makes sense lol

Yeah. Makes sense. I also search Reddit. They don't stack. Explosive rounds cancels out firefly. Thanks.

Yes but it is possible for firely to not proc on a explosive round headshot. It figures the precision dmg first then the AOE dmg. If the precision dmg wasn't enough to kill it the AOE gets the kill and no firefly proc.
