1) yes
2) no pop up
3) if it was ever there for me and I got it it would've been back when I got the game in September...I always grabbed every ghost I came across. Last month I began ghost hunting to get them all and I've got every one but this one. I've searched the totes. I've watched people grab it off YouTube to double check the location...it's just not there
