I'm a 31 Titan and I'm missing ghost fragment: Titan. Any ideas on how to fix this?

You get the ghost grimoire card by picking up the ghost, not by creating a Titan. Look up above at the spoiler for ghosts, and it'll say how to get all 68 ghosts. Enjoy!
