I play on xb1 and have a grimoire of 2815 which it says is max....and I completed the ishtar collective mission abs can't find the house of wolves card anywhere

You have it. It doesn't pop up on the screen, but pops up in your grimoire stack. Congrats!

Where would one go to see/read it? Also I have more grimoire to obtain have they just not updated the actual grimoire library with new achievements?

I read grimoire at http://destiny-grimoire.info I'm sure desinytracker needs to do an update of their own
