Advice I gave to someone about to buy destiny.

A coworker asked if destiny was a good game and if it's worth getting. Now, im a day one player and have put only about 300hours into it(I know, Alot less then others) but I have 2 32s and a 31 who only needs raid gears. I have all the exotics except thunderlord and necrochasm. My advice to him was, and I know im gonna get Alot of hate for this, there's really no point in getting the game now. Everyone who either is a day one player has quit and everyone who is a high Lvl now won't allow you into raids which is necessary for you to max out. Im just being honest when I say that most players who are 32 have become elitist and won't help a destiny noob. Keyword MOST players. This is all from experience. I jump on forums to gather a team to do ce hard and 90% of posts say, "must be Lvl 32". And I warned him of the grind the game requires. As of today, im putting Alot of my time into playing dying light(great freakin game btw) and only jump on destiny to help run sword or for nf. Other than that, the games no real fun anymore. Feels like more work than actual play so I've switched to a game I can actually enjoy. In short, I told him to stay away from destiny.
