Best way to counter arc blade is with arc blade. I do it all the time and have a 50/50 success rate ( it all depends on who hits first)

I actually had a hilarious Sunsinger/Bladedancer battle with me handling the Warlock. I stuck a Grenade, he melee´d, I melee´d back, he cut me. We both died. I couldn´t help but nod respectfully for that battle.
