I know the random group I was in was near 15 minutes, it depends if you have the normal or yellow bar psions.
With normal, I'd say you could break 10 mins.

Weekly has normal red bars, nightfall has yellow majors.

Edited by VoodooN88: 2/25/2015 9:28:38 PMNope. The first two nightfall I ran the psions where red, there were a handful of yellow. The third, they were all yellow. All three had the void shields. Was definitely nightfall on each, not confused with weekly.

I ran it 3 times as well and the psions were always yellow or red depending where you were in the mission. They didn't swap places during different ad waves. I don't believe there were any major psions in the weekly, maybe towards the end of Valus' encounter. I'll have to run it again to check.

I believe the were all red, maybe a couple yellow before the boss entrance. Boss fight .. all red except for one spawn. 2nd run through Same. I know this in great detail as I grabbed my void trolley fusion rifle (yes void, it was a nightfall drop) I was taking out the red bar psions in 1-2 shots depending on range, get to boss same thing. 3rd run through.. This time one of the guys had a void sniper so I really didn't notice till we hit the boss. Psions come pouring out Omg. Wtf.. owned..and again.. wth, they are all yellow. The guy with the sniper confirm..yeah I noticed that too back before the tank spawn. All three were nightfall strikes, I've only did the weekly just this morning on one of my characters. You can doubt, but that's what happened.
