It's slow as shit and is owned by any new fusion rifle. It's only good during oracles even then any vog weapon with oracle disruptor is good.
Also it's not "rare" heaps of people have it it's just in vog there is always a rare weapon for someone mine is fatebringer a friends is timepiece neither ever drop for us
