How Many Attempts Did It Take You To Get A Crux?
You know, I normally am not lucky to get good things quickly. So, I was starting to wonder how long it had taken you, my fellow Guardians, to get a Crux? A lot of people I asked so far have said they got theirs around 4 - 7 attempts until one of them drop (I even had a friend who had one drop on his very first attempt). I been doing my own personal poll on how long it had taken others to get the infamous Crux of Crota. When have you gotten your Crux of Crota?
Edit: Thank you all for replying to this thread. I got my Crux at around like 20 tries. My Nechrocasm has become my favorite weapon. I also hope all of you who haven't got one yet gets it.
Edit 2: Wow! 400+ replies! I've never had a thread go past 5 replies before! Thank you guys for all sharing your accounts to when you got yours. Some of you have gone through some extreme hours to get one. I really hope the Necrochasm gets a buff soon. I love it a lot but it can't compete with other arc types in it's class.

3 RepliesAt least 5-6 hard mode completions so far (Yea Yea I know it's not a lot yet I'm working on it), only seen it drop a couple times, never for 2 people at once. I have however gotten 3 Graverobber sparrows already

I'm between 20-30 tries now over 3 characters. Still no luck. My entire raid team has it and the only reason we still do this is for me. I was also last in my group to get the vex.

My 8th attempt (3rd attempt on my second warlock) I got a crux, including the first 3 attempts during the first week of the hard raid drop, which no one was able to get a crux. Make sure the characters you beat Hard Crota with have glowhoo in the inventory and have beaten crota on hard atleast once.

my first hard run i got glowhoo. second hard run i got crux. i thought it was going to take forever because i still need ghorn hawkmoon monte carlo and thunderlord.

I have only my hunter (no titan or warlock) I got 2 crux doing it every week but the 2 last ones. Do calculation

I have the crux and husk of the pit. Don't use auto rifles so won't get it unless they rebuff auto rifles. I'll stick to my pulse and scout rifles
