Flawless logic-ice breaker at Level 32 does 20,000+ damage per shot with weapons, whereas a Nova Bomb at 32 does around 6000 damage and causes Atheon to wander off.

That may be the case. However, you're still missing the fact that all supers do much less damage than a single IB shot and make you a liability.If you're actually telling me that you'd choose Fist of Havoc, a Nova Bomb or the foam darts the Golden Gun shoots over a sniper shot, then you're delusional.
