Its meh because field scout will cancel out spray and play. Unless you plan on emptying your 13 round magazine constantly. Outlaw would have been a better choice instead of spray and play if you plan on using field scout.

Very good roll, a lot of peoples ideal roll. Outlaw procs on precision kills which is good for me because I'm a constant reloader, but spray and play is really nice because it's not dependent on critical hits. Crowd control is arguably one of the best perks to have as long as you have a reload perk and field scout which you do.
