I honestly don't think there are any more chests, but I have something for you to chew on... That stuff about fixing something and leaving. Have you ever noticed the huge glass arch above where Atheon spawns? During the Gatekeeper battle it is fragmented, but when you beat that section it merges together to form a complete arch just before Atheon spawns in. See if you can get on top of that or something.
