What does this mean!!!???
When a mission summary is displayed with your entire fireteam lineup, occasionally I will see [KAOS] after a players gamer tag. What does this signify? An accomplishment? Fireteam leader? Nothing? ENQUIRING MINDS MUST KNOW! Thank You Thank You!

It means they belong to a clan. Each can has its own 4 letter ID.
