While agree with the whole "give me the option to matchmake, don't force me to do it," two things in your post glare: 1. What does it matter to you if someone in the group gets good loot? How does that affect you, really? 2. Each players loot rolls are individual - meaning they have zero affect on each other, just because someone in the lobby gets a gjallarhorn doesn't mean somebody else would have gotten it had that person not been there. People worry about others too much.

It doesn't matter to me what they get as long as they participate and not be afk.
