Another NLB Idea
Another idea for nlb:
-" The master": precision kill increase damage of next body shot to amount of precision hit.
-Also replace mulligan with perk which will reduce bolt action time after dealing damage/killing enemy.

It should also have been fixed long ago on the ammo department. Seriously! What exotic primary only has 18 shots to start and a max of 15 after? I think I speak for everyone when I say that this weapon [u][b][i]NEEDS[/i][/b][/u] some major upgrades.
