No, truly randomized means you have an equally probable occurrence from each item in the sequence. My gripe isn't that I get duplicates, those are expected-its that Destiny does not have an equally probable RNG loot system for all the exotics, that makes frustration, especially after you play for awhile, trust me, you'll find the exact same subset of duplicates after you hit a certain point.
