Clarify being "penetrated". I am going to go ahead and say that being stabbed is being penetrated so I would pick that easily over the rest.
Why would anyone pick being run though mulitiple times with a spear over being stabbed? FFS, a coloscopy is being penetrated by a 12" spike. Of course you have to pick that one. You will survive and it would only suck temporarily. The rest are much worse.
