Think I did a recent roll on my timur and spear (check hunter)
Got outlaw and feeding frenzy I know, but spent 25 motes never getting outlaw so I went with it.
Didn't get armor piercing on sniper but already have one with it which also is a spear. I may reroll timu for crowd control.
