I never see anyone with it and one day I decided to grind for this goddamn gun on Roc strike playlist, I played all day and gave up, then out of no where my friend asks me to help him finish a roc strike at the end, I say fine and wouldn't you believe it I got that goddamn gun, and now I am a strong believer of RNGesus (4th Horseman)
