This post would have been great before the LAST IB! LOL!
I only dropped about 20 motes I think trying for the Firefly. I ended up with a Timur's Lash that looks like a Hawkmoon. :)

I think a lot of it traces back to a moronic streamer, who shall remain nameless, making a video about reforging iron banner guns where he mentions rerolling lash with firefly. Self proclaimed experts spouting misinfo.
