How? Like everyone (included me) got it in queens wrath. And it sucked :(

It was actually exceptionally rare to get. So you are lucky. Good or not, there's only been one Queen's Wrath, so not many people have had the chance to get it.

You just had to spam that first earth mission. I did maybe 19 tries until it dropped. Grinding, like with everything in this game. But preadyths revenge was better so t just collected dust in vault :-/
