I have a 300 damage timurs, is it worth re rolling?
Or should I wait for a 331 before I do any re rolls?
I have field scout and third eye but no outlaw :/

Yeah I would try to play after rank three to get Timurs as a drop at 331... Outlaw is amazing but I left my 300 Timurs without it because I wasn't going to spend motes and upgrade a 300 max, bungie should have been nice and made them reroll to the 331 level. But I did get a 331 to drop and rolled it with Outlaw, field scout/perfect balance and luck, still have both.

It all depends on what you want to do with it. 300 weapons are fine for PVP outside of iron banner. If you want the weapon for raids I would suggest waiting for a 331.
