Like all the ideas except for mythic gear and sparrow racing. I think the exotic gear system is fine the way it is and I also see no point for sparrow racing.
Sparrow racing would probably turn into what the team voice chat turned into, everyone wanted it but when it came out nobody used it.

Good point, I put in sparrow racing as more of something different to do that feels rewarding a bit more than goto X and do this which is short distance away
