Golden gun does 2600 (or there abouts) damage a shot so after 3 shots so that's 7800 damage.. A critical with ice breaker does about 19000 damage and in the time you can activate your GG and fire all 3 shots you can get 2/3 shots but let's say 2.. So that's 7800 damage to 38000 damage.. I'll let you decide which is better.
