Icebreaker barrels don't alter any of the stats despite tooltip description.
If you observe the Icebreaker Exotic Sniper Rifle, the Barrel upgrades will mostly say "More Range and Impact, Increased Recoil" or something similar.
However, on the stat bars, there doesn't seem to be any change in the weapon, at least visually through the UI.
Are these improvements perhaps more META, such as you'll notice the difference between recoils depending on which barrel you utilize?
Hotfix on the item would be nice to at least see the visual differences when selecting a barrel for this weapon :)

I think it is intentional. As if there are no scopes upgrades, but since the upgrade tree forces 3 scope perks on every legendary/exotic, they used 3 that are basically the same. I tried all 3 and felt no difference in handling or damage. The weapon has been like that for a very long time, even before the exotics patch (the one that changed Vex dmg and made SGA almost usable).

The upgrades aren't scopes. It's all rifling types
