I enjoyed the Shining, and I'll try to get my hands on a copy of the book. I read reviews, and people said that it was different from the book, but in a way that paid omage to the book. And I enjoyed the Babadook, even though it seems to be a low-budget movie. It honestly disturbed me at some points.

Yes, King hated it, but I enjoyed the spin it put on it. Makes me want to read the book to see what happened in there! And I haven't seen Misery, or even heard of it for that matter.
