Often time when I have fusion rifle bounty and six missions on mars I will shoot the cabal in the leg with scout first. I know moon mission is faster but if I am already working an area I try to double down. It takes two shots to a cabal leg to set them up for fusion rifle kills (where you are sure to get two).
