Free will is the ability to choose, but because we can choose to say we are good people does not make our sin any less real or more bearable. It's when you realize that your free will has a heavenly condescension then you begin to understand how sin impairs our abilities to serve our lord and often we allow our sin to precede gods will for our lives. But this is only advice. Gods will is to be done regardless, and the prophecies that the son of god spoke will be fulfilled and his kingdom will come in all of it's glory.
