Whats wrong with it being used as a weapon?
Its not like a sharp knife is hard to get your hands on. I would buy it if it was sharpened and carry it when I go hunting.

Wrong? Nothing probably but at over 16.5" and over 2lbs it is not a practical fighting knife. Chances are by the time you wrestled it out of the sheath, the bear would be using it as a toothpick. :P
