If one synchronized swimmer drowns, does the others drown too?

Well, that depends. Are the swimmers trained, or do they not know how to swim and do they rely on each other? Because if they can swim, then it really woudnt matter, but if they needed each other to stay afloat, then yes, they would all drown.
