Why not add what's already in the game, vex weapons, fallen, hive and kabal? They shoot at us with all kinds of lasers and rockets, why can't we have them?

Leak showed that we are getting the fallen shotgun with HoW, so that's a thing.

except it wont fire slow moving explosive looking rounds........ (not sure if solar element havent looked for the element yet)

It is solar. look up the destiny database. It has a perk that catches an enemy on fire if you fire enough rounds into him.
