I would love to see melee weapons make an entrance. There are hints of the system in place, and I'm sure balancing would be a nightmare, but I would like to have the option of my "oh sh1t" moments resulting in some intense visceral combat.

Indeed, melee weapons would be fun, but would give everyone the equivalent of a shoulder bash they don't need to charge up.
