768 hours later you have decided you have been ripped off. Fascinating.

  • In this world things cost money. He paid for Vanilla, and he got a great game "in my opinion". When the salesman says, "Hey, I know that the ice cream is good. But you know what would make it better? A waffle cone and some sprinkles." you can A) Eat and enjoy the vanilla, or B) Spend the extra money and make it better. If he does not want the expansion he should not buy it... period

  • That's both valid and unfair at the same time. At no point was he complaining about the game/gameplay. He is complaining about the business practices perpetrated onto the community via Activision. Don't u think that 768 hrs played shows he likes the game? The Activisions of the game r why he says he will b quitting after he plays what he's paid for. R u saying u like how Activision is handling it? Or can u not seperate the two? And b4 u come back w/ it's Bungie, not Activision look at both companies track records and ask yourself which of the two the business model is following.

  • You kind of missed my point. His hours played speaks much louder than any words he types in these forums. He has sent Bungie the message that they have made a great game.
